These Blueberry Lemon Rolls are a delightful twist on a classic cinnamon roll, featuring our soft, fluffy dough swirled with sweet, juicy blueberries and a hint of zesty lemon. Topped with a tangy lemon glaze, they make the perfect breakfast treat or dessert for any occasion.

Whether enjoyed warm out of the oven or as a cozy afternoon snack, these rolls are sure to brighten your day with their burst of fruity flavor and citrusy sweetness.

Ingredients

  • Dough Mama White Dough
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice (separated)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup icing sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare dough as per package.
  2. Add 2 cups of blueberries, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/2 cup sugar in a pot and let cook until thick. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  3. While waiting, mix 1 cup icing sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice together for topping.
  4. Spread blueberry mixture onto rolled out dough, roll & cut into 1.5" slices.
  5. Bake at 350F for approximately 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let sit for minimum 10min and then add frosting.
