Dough Mama Cinnamon Buns

Looking for a delicious morning treat or need something to bring to your next get together? These cinnamon buns are easy to make and are sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Prepare 1 package of Dough Mama white dough dry mix as per package instructions. 

Once dough is ready, preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Roll out dough on a well-floured surface using approx 1/4 cup flour to keep dough from sticking. 

Roll into a rectangle (a rolling pin or dough roller is recommended) 

Spread approx. 1/4 cup softened butter onto dough. 

Sprinkle approx. 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon onto buttered dough. 

Roll dough carefully from bottom to top (long side) forming a log.

Slice into 1.5 inch sections and place cut side up in a baking pan with edges of each roll touching each other. 

Let stand for 10 minutes to allow dough to proof. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until buns are golden brown. 

Once cooled, ice and enjoy!
