
Dough Mama Monkey Bread

Monkey Bread is a fun and irresistible pull-apart treat that’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or any occasion in between. Our soft, fluffy dough is coated in a sweet, cinnamon-sugar mixture, then baked to golden perfection, creating gooey, caramelized clusters that are easy to tear apart with your hands.
Ingredients
- 2 White Dough Mama dough mixes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prepare 2 White Dough Mama packages as directed on bag and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Roll out dough flat and cut into squares—doesn't have to be pretty!
- Coat dough pieces in bowl of white sugar and 1 tsp of the cinnamon and place in lightly greased bunt pan.
- Mix brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and melted butter and pour over cinnamon pieces in bunt pan.
- Bake 28 minutes or until no longer doughy.
- Let cool for 10mins and flip onto serving plate.
- Add your own toppings such as cream cheese frosting or glazed icing and sprinkles.
