Monkey Bread is a fun and irresistible pull-apart treat that’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or any occasion in between. Our soft, fluffy dough is coated in a sweet, cinnamon-sugar mixture, then baked to golden perfection, creating gooey, caramelized clusters that are easy to tear apart with your hands. 

Ingredients

  • 2 White Dough Mama dough mixes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare 2 White Dough Mama packages as directed on bag and let rise for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll out dough flat and cut into squares—doesn't have to be pretty!
  4. Coat dough pieces in bowl of white sugar and 1 tsp of the cinnamon and place in lightly greased bunt pan.
  5. Mix brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and melted butter and pour over cinnamon pieces in bunt pan.
  6. Bake 28 minutes or until no longer doughy.
  7. Let cool for 10mins and flip onto serving plate.
  8. Add your own toppings such as cream cheese frosting or glazed icing and sprinkles.
